3DClothings provides a browser-based platform for creating, customizing, and exporting 3D clothing mockups. The Service includes:

• 3D garment mockup creation and editing tools
• Design placement, color, and motion customization
• Export functionality in PNG, GIF, and MP4 formats

Your Content

You retain all rights to the designs, images, and videos you create using our Service. By uploading an image into the generator, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. Your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

Your Rights

Exports include commercial rights: you can use them in client work, products, advertisements, video intros, merchandise, and resale projects.

Our Content

The Service, including its original content, 3D models, features, and functionality, is owned by 3DClothings and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create mockups that are offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate
• Run automated scripts, scrapers, or bots against the Service

We may restrict access for anyone who abuses the Service or violates these rules.

We do our best to keep 3DClothings running 24/7, but we provide the Service "as is" without uptime guarantees. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DClothings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the Service
